Oracle MBX
The Modern Business Experience (MBX) Summit brings together Oracle’s four cloud and digital solutions to 8,000 attendees and partners. MBX provides and opportunities for companies to have cross-pillar conversations and have executives make key decisions about the future of their business.
Creating a cloud technology event from top to bottom
Working closely with Oracle’s in-house events and brand teams, I led a cross-disciplinary group of 14 creatives to design the MBX 2020. Starting with an extensive strategy that brought the four cloud products into alignment proved paramount as we navigated the varying budgets and needs of each business unit.
The work for Oracle included floor-plan design, attendee flow and journey experience, branding design, way-finding mapping and placement, environmental sponsorship packages, and all “human” networking moments throughout the show.
Due to COVID-19 the event was postponed 3 weeks before launch. Below are sketches, renders, and presentation snippets to highlight the work.
